All products are produced on demand and delivered locally within Bruges, Belgium.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All items are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process.

Because each product is individually printed:

  • Slight variations in color or print placement may occur.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

We strive to ensure high-quality printing and accurate product representation.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and delivery information.

  • Selecting the correct size and product options before checkout.

Bruges Memory reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

  • Incorrect information

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within Bruges, including:

  • Hotels

  • Airbnb accommodations

  • Residential addresses

Estimated delivery time is typically 24–48 hours, depending on production time.

Important:

  • Customers must provide correct delivery details.

  • Bruges Memory is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information or hotel reception policies.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Incorrect choice made by the customer

Returns or replacements are only accepted in case of:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect product received

  • Printing defects

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Once printing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, illustrations, and content on this website are the property of Bruges Memory.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bruges Memory is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Hotel or accommodation refusal of packages

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Customer data is used only for order processing and delivery purposes.
